The business has a dedicated team to provide support to clients with over 500 users. You will be dealing with important clients and therefore customer service is key for this role along with the ability to provide 1st / 2nd line technical support.
If you have demonstrable knowledge in Technical Service Delivery (networking, security and cloud) this is the role for you. This team provides Enterprise customer solutions (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Microsoft, ZScaler and CloudFlare), any knowledge of these products is desirable.
Some of the main duties include:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and improve Services to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
- Own the resolution of all reactive tickets.
- Centralise technical support for Field Engineers when requested.
- Gather information and demonstrate excellent troubleshooting acumen.
The Manager is always present to give training and support your development. It is essential you have a certification or can demonstrate working within ITIL methodologies. We are looking for a resilient, intelligent and result driven Engineer.
Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 per annum
