Working on behalf of a successful and established business, Aatom Recruitment has a new exciting opportunity for a Sales / Business Development Manager on a permanent basis.
This role will involve playing a key role in enrolling small to medium business owners into one of their most popular coaching and training programmes.
You will have access to a personal coach who will support you in your development and have access to world class training systems where you'll be attending Masterclasses.
Responsibilities and Tasks for a Sales / Business Development manager
- Lead generation is the primary focus of your role. You'll be supported fully in developing several lead generation strategies.
- Generating appointments through sales activities. Including following up letter mailings, networking events and visiting business premises in person.
- Creating and maintaining a database of prospects and clients.
- Building client relationships
- Salary/Package: 32k plus bonus / commission up to 60k
Essential requirements for a Sales / Business Development Manager:
The successful candidate ideally will be based in Coventry/Kenilworth/Leamington/Warwick/Rugby/Solihull/Hinckley/Stratford or somewhere in Central Midlands and will have:
- Experience in B2B sales environments. (Telesales experience is preferable.)
- A strong lead generator / a great networker
- Holds a current UK Driving licence
