CRNA job in Charleston WV

• Schedule: 7a-3p, 7a-5p, and 7a-7p. Three shift times available.
• 40 hours per week.
• Cases: General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center.
• Medical direction.
• Patient Population/Age: All ages, inpatient, and outpatient.
• 3 facilities .
• No Call.
• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years.
• Providers have to be over 100 miles
• Credentialing: 60 - 90 days.
• EMR: Cerner.
• $500 referral fee for anyone that works 30 shifts or more.
• $All inclusive hourly plus A rated malpractice insurance included.
