Interim Stock Condition Surveyor - Northamptonshire - 9 months

My local authority client in Northamptonshire are looking for a stock condition surveyor on a 9 month contract, with a view to extend. Surveyors will be required on-site 5 days per week.

Requirements for the role:

- Experience with stock condition surveys
- Experience with void properties
- Repairs experience
- Social housing experience
