My client is a UK Managed Service Provider company based in Nottingham, who are looking for an ambitious and driven IT Helpdesk Engineer who is comfortable in operating both alone and as part of a team in the resolution of major incidents.
The work will involve complex issues that require a high level of knowledge, understanding and experience in the IT sector. The levels of skill required for this role is to a high degree and the issues you are resolving are based around Windows, Office 365, Azure and Network Security.
