Plumber

Experienced Multi Skilled Plumber required to work with leading Midlands based Housing Association covering the Leicestershire region.

My client requires an experienced and professional multi skilled plumber to carry out reactive and planned repairs on tenanted social housing properties.

Work will range from 2nd fix plumbing, replacing sinks, taps, basins, fixing leaks etc as well as basic painting, patch plastering and other maintenance related tasks.

Start date: ASAP

Location: Leicester & surrounding region

Pay: 20 - 22 per hour

Benefits: 0.45p per mile if use of own van

Hours: 40 hours Monday - Friday (OOH Call Outs 1 in 4 weeks)

Duration: On going minimum 3 months work

Requirements:

NVQ or City & Guilds in relevant trade

Full UK Driving licence & Own Van ideally

Minimum 3 years trade skills experience
