Technical Coordinator

Avocet Recruitment is working alongside an award winning, bespoke housing developer who are seeking a Technical Coordinator to join their team.

The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Technical Manager in ensuring the timely progression of schemes through pre start stage to physical start on site and to support the build stage accordingly.

Responsibilities include:

• Attend weekly progression meetings and provide support to agree accountabilities and ensure actions are intentified and progressed by all team members
• Assist in the identification of risk and production of risk registers
• Coordinate utility services search and obtain new connection and diversion budget quotations
• Assist in the Coordination of Design Team and Specialist subcontractors
• Ensure planning and building control issues are addressed
• Process design information and maintain drawing registers
• Provide technical advice as necessary
